We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment and creativity. This is not a pure people-management role. You’ll lead a smaller sub-team while remaining hands-on in strategy, partnerships, and performance. You’ll have the freedom to build, experiment, and shape how we scale influencer marketing across multiple products and global markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated sub-team within the Influencer Marketing function
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to coach, support, and challenge team members
- Set clear goals and performance expectations aligned with business targets
- Monitor individual and team KPIs and ensure consistent target achievement
- Drive accountability and actively push for ambitious results
- Identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans
- Support career development through feedback, growth plans, and skill-building initiatives
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven team culture
- Own and execute influencer strategy across selected markets or products
- Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and key partner
- Lead testing initiatives and scale successful experiments
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and ROI
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Introduce structure to processes, reporting, and performance management
- Contribute to long-term team scalability and organizational design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing (gaming, tech, apps, or digital-first industries preferred)
- Proven experience managing people and driving performance
- Strong track record of delivering measurable growth through influencer campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to challenge underperformance
- Experience working across multiple markets is a strong plus
€32,000 - €35,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
