About your team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment and creativity. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, incorporating the latest AI and programmatic SEO technologies.
- Lead the SEO growth team, forming a clear quarterly roadmap and goals in line with the wider business strategy, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Innovate and implement new SEO features and functionalities, staying ahead of industry trends, and utilizing automation.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to integrate SEO objectives into broader business strategies and initiatives.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for SEO projects, ensuring efficiency and impact.
- Provide mentorship, lead performance, and career conversations to nurture talent and build a strong team dynamic.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to improve SE rankings and visibility.
- Regularly report on SEO growth and strategy, offering insights on performance and future direction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful, comprehensive SEO strategies across various digital platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing a high-performing SEO team.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in leveraging both traditional analytics and AI-driven tools like MixPanel & SimillarWeb to measure effectiveness and drive strategy.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate ROAS on SEO initiatives.
- High proficiency in cross-functional collaboration working alongside technology and product teams to integrate SEO best practices in XFN projects..
- Forward-thinking approach, with a strong emphasis on staying ahead of SEO trends, digital marketing innovations, and technological advancements.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture within the SEO growth team.
€30,000 - €40,000 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
