Events Specialist (paid internship)

About you
As an Events Specialist, you’ll play an important role in bringing our internal culture to life. Working closely with the Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll support the planning and execution of company events, internal initiatives, and engagement activities that connect and inspire our people.
From coordinating logistics and managing event details to helping shape employee experiences and communications, you’ll collaborate with teams across Eneba — including Marketing, People, and Leadership — to make sure everything runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

The Basecamp: Play a key role in planning and executing "The Basecamp" - our signature week of office activities designed to bond teams, excel goal-setting and spark creativity.

Summer Party: Assist in the end-to-end coordination of our Summer Party, from brainstorming themes to on-site logistics.

Newcomer Presentations: Be the face for new joiners, helping prepare and deliver engaging presentations that make their first days easy and appreciated.

Content Creation: Use your eye for detail to create videos and visual content documenting our office life and events for internal and external sharing.

Ad-hoc Events: Support the team with various office celebrations, gaming tournaments, and community-building initiatives.
Requirements:

Action-oriented: You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen.

Creative Mindset: Experience or a strong interest in video making/editing and content creation (TikTok, Reels, or internal comms style).

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple small tasks and one big event simultaneously without breaking a sweat.

Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking in front of groups and presenting information in a fun, clear, and engaging way.

Language: Professional-level English (our business language of choice).

Ability to work at least 20 hours per week with full involvement during the Basecamp - June 29th - July 5th.
