About the Role:
As a Sr. Event Marketing Manager at Employ, you will focus on creating personal connections with our target audience through experiential marketing to drive interest in Employ’s products, services, and brand. Your role is pivotal in connecting with, educating, and converting both current and future customers by leveraging brand storytelling, customer engagement, and deep account insights to shape your strategies. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Event Strategy and Execution:  
  • Design and implement a best-in-class multi-channel event strategy through webinars, sponsorships, and field events across core segments (SMB through ENT) that support pipeline growth and brand engagement for new business and customer expansion 
  • Project manage all logistics related to event coordination and execution, driving cross-functional alignment within the marketing team and stakeholders across the business 
  • Craft personalized, scalable event experiences – both virtual and in-person – that drive revenue impact and deepen relationships 
  • Serve as a key partner to sales leadership, ensuring Event marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to quota attainment   
  • Reporting & Budget Management 
  • Establish and refine success metrics beyond MQLs, leveraging account-based insights, intent data, and multi-touch attribution to optimize program performance, including future forecasting   
  • Maximize event ROI by crafting experiential moments that boost buyer intent for our ICP and enhance sales engagement   
  • Own the Event marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI through rigorous post-event analysis and insights-driven optimization 
  • Storytelling and content production 
  • Act as the content expert for events, creating enticing stories and presentations that highlight our brand and position within the market driving thought leadership experiences for attendees 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and methodologies to enhance Event marketing's effectiveness   

What You'll Bring:

  • Broad event marketing experience across conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and experiential field events — with particular depth at the enterprise level; comfortable with travel (up to 30%) to support these initiatives. 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in B2B environments. 
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. 
  • Strong track record of collaborating with sales and account management teams to align programs with revenue goals. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling event content and design engaging materials. 
  • Highly organized multitasker, adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. 
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset well-suited for fast-paced, high-growth environments. 
  • Creative thinker and innovator, able to bring fresh ideas and elevate brand experiences. 
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to generate actionable insights and optimize performance. 
  • Confident, dynamic presence with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
