What to expect as a Growth Marketing Manager at Elastic Path?

We are looking for an ambitious marketer who is creative, analytical, and bold about driving demand. As a Growth Marketing Manager at Elastic Path, you will be responsible for driving the execution of programs focused on growing our qualified pipeline and driving brand awareness. You are a self-starter with a proven track record of crafting and orchestrating successful multi-channel marketing programs. You are eager to get hands-on experience in a variety of channels including social media, email, and paid advertising. You never shy away from trying new tactics, channels, and tests. 

Location: This is a remote role based in the United States - candidates are required to be located in the United States to be considered. We have a preference for those located in EST timezone and more specifically Boston, MA, as we have an office hub and many team members located there. Elastic Path is a Remote First employer, so you’ll have the tools to work from wherever you are based.

Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting a variety of assets including case studies, eBooks, and videos. Support product launch and event campaigns as well. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. 
Paid Advertising: Launch and optimize paid campaigns across platforms. You will have a specific focus on LinkedIn and paid influencer activations, while providing support for Google PPC. 
Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence including creating content, optimizing per channel, and activating our employees. Drive our content reach as well as our organic social referral traffic.
Continuously Test: Testing and learning is a critical part of this role. Ideate and execute on tests for all available channels, analyze the results and share key findings to the broader team.

What experience do you need to Be Remarkable in this position?

    • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS required; e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Experience with Marketo for creating & executing content programs and email campaigns
    • Experience with reporting and analytics for measuring ROI of marketing programs in terms of leads, pipeline, and revenue generated.
    • Detail oriented with strong project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at once

$86,640 - $119,130 a year
At Elastic Path we are on a mission to provide pay transparency, and share information freely and openly whenever possible. The base salary for this position is listed to support candidates to align themselves within the target salary range for the role. Our salary ranges are country specific and are based on national market data. Compensation is determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of each applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a commission structure based on the attainment of sales targets. Commission Targets are added to base salary, and once combined, referred to as On Target Earnings.
