We are looking to hire a candidate to support the delivery of client-facing legal projects and commercial engagements. The role will involve working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and business-oriented legal solutions, particularly in the areas of commercial law and project related work.

The successful candidate will contribute to the full lifecycle of client projects, including contracting transformation, advising on commercial arrangements, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting the legal aspects of project delivery. The role will also involve contributing to business development initiatives and leveraging Legal AI tools to enhance the efficiency and innovation of legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements

Provide legal support on commercial and project-related matters

Assist internal teams with legal advice related to ongoing projects

Support business development initiatives from a legal perspective

Contribute to the implementation and use of Legal AI tools within the legal function

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required

Qualifications & Experience

Law degree. Qualified Lawyer

2–4 years of professional legal experience

Experience in commercial law and project-related work

Knowledge or familiarity with Legal AI tools

Experience or interest in business development

Fluent in English

Availability to travel when required
