We are looking to hire a candidate to support the delivery of client-facing legal projects and commercial engagements. The role will involve working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions, particularly in the areas of commercial law and project-related work.

The successful candidate will contribute across the full lifecycle of client engagements, including contract transformation initiatives, advising on complex commercial arrangements, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting the legal aspects of project delivery.

The role may also involve supporting public sector clients and projects requiring security clearance.

The position will include contributing to business development activities and leveraging Legal AI tools to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and innovation of legal service delivery.

What will you be doing?

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
Provide legal support on commercial and project-related matters
Assist internal teams with legal advice related to ongoing projects
Support business development initiatives from a legal perspective
Contribute to the implementation and use of Legal AI tools within the legal function
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
3–4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
Demonstrable experience in commercial law and project-based work
Experience advising on public sector matters; eligibility to obtain UK security clearance (existing clearance advantageous)
Familiarity with Legal AI tools and emerging legal technologies
Experience in, or a strong interest in, business development and client relationship management
Willingness to travel as required
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous
