Data Customer Success Consultant
As a Data Customer Success Consultant, you'll work directly with our global clients, delivering ongoing SpendCube* and procurement analytics solutions that help them make better sourcing decisions.
Unlike traditional consulting projects, you'll own a portfolio of client engagements, becoming a trusted point of contact while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
This role combines analytical problem-solving with stakeholder management. You'll work with procurement and spend data, troubleshoot technical issues, automate data processes, and identify opportunities to improve how we deliver our solutions.
You'll also leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline data processing, improve delivery efficiency, and continuously enhance the client experience. If you enjoy working with data while exploring new technologies to solve real business problems, this role offers the best of both worlds.
*SpendCube: A data model used in procurement that helps organisations understand where money is being spent, with whom, and by which teams, enabling better sourcing and cost optimisation decisions.
