This newly created Global Head of Content role sits within the marketing function and will give you, as an experienced content leader, the opportunity to shape the function, as well build and execute a global content and communications strategy that will get us noticed and support Efficio’s future growth aspirations.

Efficio’s Marketing team is the creative force behind our brand, shaping our presence in a competitive consultancy market through our content, events, social media, and more. As a collaborative team, we work closely with our consultant teams to create impactful content that effectively positions Efficio as thought leaders with our target audiences, communicates Efficio’s specialist expertise and reflects our company culture. Key facts about the role:

    • Reporting to the Global Marketing Director you will lead the global content function and be a key member of the broader marketing team.
    • You will lead on creating a content strategy that will support Efficio's continued growth journey
    • You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in the business to ensure the strategy reflects our business priorities and delivers across all global regions
    • You will be instrumental in incorporating a culture of employee advocacy into the broader content and communications strategy
    • You will work in close partnership with our digital marketing function, BD team and key stakeholders to shape content campaigns that help differentiate us and resonate for our target client base and key accounts

    • Comfortable managing multiple projects, sometimes under time pressure, while keeping a high attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and organised
