We are currently recruiting new team members across Germany, where you'll join a growing team of 50+ people. Our consultants work on a range of engagements, from rapid assessments to short-term savings programmes to long-term partnerships to help clients achieve lasting value.
Consultants based in Germany work with clients across the country and Europe, with opportunities to take on projects beyond Europe as well.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading consulting engagements from initial analysis and strategy development through to implementation and delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, procurement transformation and supply chain improvement.
- Managing project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and translating these into actionable solutions.
- Supporting the development and mentoring of consultants, helping them grow professionally and deliver strong results.
- Contributing to business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and supporting client proposals.
For Senior Manager positions, there will be an increased emphasis on managing complex engagements, developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of our business.
What you'll bring:
We're interested in experienced professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, building strong client relationships and delivering tangible results.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Previous management consulting experience, with strong expertise in Strategic sourcing, procurement transformation or supply chain management.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams, including responsibility for project delivery and client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex business environments.
- A strong academic background.
- Previous business development experience would be particularly valuable, especially for Senior Manager positions.
Location & Work Arrangements
We welcome applications from candidates based across Germany.
While Efficio's German office is located in Düsseldorf, you'll be part of our wider Germany consulting team, collaborating with colleagues locally and across our international offices.
Our hybrid working model combines flexibility with regular in-person collaboration. We expect colleagues to spend approximately 10 working days per month in person, either at our Düsseldorf office or at client sites, depending on project requirements.
Outside of these commitments, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely from your home location, subject to client and project needs.
