Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!

We are recruiting for our North America region where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 150 people based from our New York and Chicago offices. Consultants based in the USA will support clients across the Americas with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

As a Principal, you will:

Manage multiple projects, designing transformation programs for large, complex organizations
Lead and coach project teams, develop negotiation strategies, and oversee projects onsite for 1-2 days a week
Engage senior client executives, acting as a trusted advisor, and inspiring teams to achieve high results
Play a key leadership role in the growth of the North America region, contributing to business development, building client relationships, and helping shape our regional strategy
Take ownership of significant sales targets while leveraging your network to support both business development and recruitment efforts
Act as a senior contributor to the NAM leadership team, helping to build team capability, develop junior talent, and strengthen our culture as we grow
Your role will emphasize strategic thinking and creating tailored solutions for clients

We'd love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. We're particularly interested in:

• Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain

• Project management and people management experience

• A strong academic background
