About Easol

Easol is the AI operating system for experience businesses. Festivals, promoters, venues and other experience creators (our word for customers) run on a single platform, supported by an AI digital workforce that takes on real work for their teams. The category, Experience Commerce, is worth more than $300bn, and we intend to lead it.

Creators use Easol for their website, bookings, payments, marketing and CRM, operations, and data, all in one connected system with agentic AI built in. It replaces the mix of legacy ticketing and disconnected tools most experience businesses still depend on. That lets them sell more, own their customer relationships, and scale.

Music is our most established vertical. We work with some of the best-known names in live music alongside a fast-growing Entertainment vertical. Easol doubled in size in 2025 and plans to do so again in 2026, with AI-centric workflows at the centre of the product roadmap.

About the role

We're hiring a Lead to own Easol's Music go-to-market in the UK. Reporting to our VP, Music, you'll be responsible for the UK strategy end to end. That means defining the market, deciding where we focus, building and leading the sales team, and delivering the number.

The UK is one of the densest live music markets in the world: independent festivals, promoter groups, destination events, club brands, tours and venues. Many still run on ticketing infrastructure that was never designed for packages, travel, accommodation, payment plans, or a direct relationship with the fan. That is the problem Easol solves, and AI is widening the gap between what we offer and what legacy platforms can do. We already work with world-class festivals. Your job is to turn that position into a UK business that grows predictably and measurably.

This is a builder's role. You'll map the total addressable market, segment it, set the ideal customer profile and coverage model, and put in place the metrics that tell us what's working. You'll lead and grow a team of Account Executives. You'll also spend a good share of your time out of the office, on festival sites, at venues, at industry events, and across the table from founders and promoters. In live music, relationships are built in person and over years.

We're looking for someone who has lived and breathed live music, and who is equally excited by what modern technology makes possible. You use AI and the latest sales tools to research, prioritise, prepare and move faster, and you understand where technology stops and trust begins.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the UK Music GTM strategy. Set the annual and quarterly plan, targets and priorities with the VP, Music, and be accountable for UK new business revenue.

  • Define and size the market. Build and maintain a complete view of the UK TAM across festivals, promoters, destination events, club brands, tours and venues, including ownership structures, buying groups and where the revenue sits.

  • Segment and prioritise. Define the ICP, tier accounts, design territories and account assignments, and set the coverage model across enterprise, mid-market and SME.

  • Build, lead and develop the team. Hire excellent salespeople, coach them on discovery, demos, negotiation and deal strategy, set clear standards, and manage performance.

  • Measure what matters. Work with RevOps to define the KPIs and operating cadence for the UK: pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, win rate and forecast accuracy, reviewed weekly.

  • Lead from the front on key deals. Personally lead or support complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and build senior relationships across the UK live music industry.

  • Be in the market. Travel frequently across the UK, and at times Europe, to meet creators and prospects, be on site during festival season, and represent Easol at industry events.

  • Raise productivity with modern tooling. Embed AI and current sales tools in how the team researches accounts, plans outreach, prepares for meetings and keeps the CRM accurate, and share what works with the global team.

  • Partner across the business. Work with Marketing on demand generation and events, Customer Success on handovers and expansion, Finance on sustainable deal structures, and Product as the voice of the UK market.

  • Contribute to the global Music team. Collaborate with colleagues in North America and Europe on playbooks, accounts that span regions, and shared learning.

About you

  • Live music is your world. You've worked in or sold into festivals, promoters, ticketing, venues or music tech. You have a real network, you understand how on-sales, settlements and promoter economics work, and you go to shows and festivals because you want to.

  • A proven commercial leader. You've built and led sales teams that consistently hit target, ideally in B2B SaaS, ticketing, payments or a marketplace model, and you're comfortable owning a significant number.

  • Strategic and analytical. You've sized a market, segmented it and designed territories before. You make decisions from data and you're rigorous about pipeline and forecasting.

  • A strong people manager. You hire well, coach effectively and hold a high bar, and people do their best work on your team.

  • A relationship builder who understands the industry's complexity. You know the sales cycles are long and seasonal, the community is tight-knit, and reputatiion is everything. You know how to earn trust with founders and senior decision makers.

  • Fluent with modern tools. You already use AI day to day to be more productive, you're curious about what's next, and you bring your team along with you.

  • Intrinsically motivated. You set your own bar and push without needing to be managed.

  • Collaborative and low-ego. You work well with others, share credit, and enjoy working across functions and time zones.

  • Happy to travel. Frequent UK travel, some international, and some evenings and weekends during festival season.
