The Role
We’re looking for an experienced freelance content writer and editor to support in assembling and delivering written content for Easol. This person will help research, write, edit, review and manage the delivery of blog, SEO and press release content.
Those interested should submit a short cover letter, alongside examples of their work, and be prepared to share references from previous clients/employers.
Responsibilities
- Research, Write, edit, review and manage the delivery of blog, SEO and press release content
- Coordinate feedback/amends from the Easol team
- Contribute to ideation around future content pieces and angles
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as journalist and/or copywriter for digital formats
- Proven experience reviewing and editing the work of others
- Proficiency in back-end CMS (Contetnful, Wordpress, Kentico etc.)
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of, and connections to the music and events industry are a definite plus
