Intro to Easol
Easol is the agentic AI operating system for the Experience Commerce market. Our ambition is bold: to become the category leader in a $300bn+ space.

We power professional experience creators with a fully integrated agentic platform that brings together website, booking engine, payments, sales & marketing tools, operations, and data & insight - all underpinned by an AI-powered digital workforce. Easol enables enterprise creators to streamline, scale and transform their businesses through a single, end-to-end system.

Today, we focus on three core verticals: Music, Entertainment, and Adventure & Travel, with clients including Coachella, Live Nation, Afro Nation, Swingers Crazy Golf and Hijingo. Over the next year, we’ll be deepening our product and go-to-market in each vertical and expanding into new segments.

We’re a fast-growing, well-funded business that has doubled in size in 2025, with a clear pathway to do the same again in 2026. A key aim of the business is for us to deliver more with the team we have, growing our revenue per team member. In order for us to achieve this, we will need to continue to build out our internal AI capabilities, redesigning workflows, building new agentic capabilities, and driving internal adoption of these to empower our various teams.

Role Overview
We’re looking for an Internal Applied AI Lead to drive Easol to becoming an AI-centric business in 2026. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role within the CEO Office, working closely with leaders across the company, and will be crucial to Easol’s growth plans.

You’ll shape how Easol operates internally in the age of intelligent systems. Your mission is to make Easol’s teams materially more productive by embedding AI into everyday workflows - speeding up core work, reducing friction, and enabling new capabilities that weren’t feasible before. While we already have baseline AI adoption across Easol, the pace of change and the size of the opportunity means we now want a dedicated owner to turn early traction into consistent, measurable impact across teams.

You’ll identify the highest-impact opportunities across functions (e.g. Customer Success, Finance, Operations, People, Product) and work hands-on to design, build, and ship AI-enabled workflows, automations, and internal tools that integrate with our existing systems. You’ll also spearhead the development of a culture of internal building, helping to coach, upskill and empower teams to self-serve in creating relevant AI-powered workflows.

This role will require a strong technical background, being comfortable using external tools beyond “out of the box” - utilising APIs, scripting, and structured systems thinking to build robust solutions that scale. Whilst being part of the CEO’s office, you will collaborate with the engineering leadership to ensure the technical approach to internal applied AI is consistent with our wider engineering principles.

Most work will be delivered through a clear internal roadmap of projects with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with functions to map current workflows, identify friction, and re-imagine “AI-first” operating models; prioritise high-impact opportunities based on feasibility, and measure results
  • Build and ship AI-enabled workflows and automations end-to-end (from discovery and prototyping through to production rollout)
  • Orchestrate third-party tools and internal systems to build reliable multi-step workflows (e.g. across CRM, support tooling, knowledge base, analytics, internal data), using APIs and coding where required
  • Build agentic / multi-step workflows with appropriate guardrails, observability, and cost controls to ensure quality, safety, and scalability
  • Create reusable patterns (templates, playbooks, standards) so successful solutions can be replicated across teams rather than remaining one-offs
  • Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and lightweight change management so new workflows become the default way teams operate
  • Build internal capability: establish a “build culture” so teams can self-serve on less technical AI workflows. Create templates, playbooks and examples; run practical training; and coach champions within functions to adopt and extend what you build
  • Stay current on applied AI and workflow automation, translating what’s new into pragmatic improvements for Easol (not experimentation for its own sake)
  • Most work is likely to be project work, where you work on a clear internal roadmap to drive forward internal capability

To Succeed in this Role:

  • Technical builder mindset (tools-first, code-capable): You can design and ship workflows using modern AI and automation tools, and you’re comfortable going beyond “out of the box” (APIs, integrations, scripting) to make solutions reliable and scalable. You don’t need to be an ML researcher, but you do need strong technical fluency. You likely have had a previous role as an engineer or a technical product manager
  • Commercial judgement: You can spot where AI will create meaningful impact (time saved, quality improvements, revenue impact, risk reduction), and you’re ruthless about focusing on the highest-value opportunities rather than chasing novelty. You likely will have also had another role in either commercial / strategy / consulting
  • Operator who thrives cross-functionally: You build trust quickly, work well with a wide range of teams and seniorities, and can translate between “what the business needs” and “what a system can do”. You are a great project manager, that can get things done efficiently
  • Outcome-obsessed and pragmatic: You care about shipping improvements that stick - not AI for AI’s sake. You think in terms of adoption, change management, measurement, and iteration
  • Structured problem solver: You can break messy workflows into clear steps, define success metrics, and run a pipeline from discovery and prototype to rollout and refinement

Not the Role for you if:

  • You want to stay high level - you’ll roll up your sleeves and build here!
  • You’re mainly interested in theory or research - this role is about applied AI in real workflows, with real users and real constraints
  • You don’t enjoy working across multiple functions - success requires close partnership with teams across the business and a bias to action
