About the Role:
To support our growth, Diabolocom is looking for a Presales Engineer to join our high-impact team. This isn't just a support role — it's a strategic position at the intersection of AI innovation, client strategy, and technical excellence. As a key player at the core of our selling process, you’ll collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to shape the future of customer experiences and showcase the transformative power of AI-driven contact center solutions. Your scope will include the French market and the Spanish market.
At Diabolocom, you will:
- Understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions using our AI and omnichannel contact center capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales to drive strategic accounts and win new business
- Present solutions to C-level executives — both technically and commercially compelling
- Respond to RFQs/RFPs and produce impactful written materials that highlight our value proposition
- Design integrations into CRM, telephony, and third-party platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft, Zendesk, etc.)
- Feed strategic insight back to Product to help shape future innovation
- Create AI-powered demo journeys to showcase our unique capabilities
- Travel and participate in international trade shows in France and Spain
What we are looking for:
- Engineering Degree (Grande École or equivalent)
- 3+ years of Presales experience in SaaS, telecom, or cloud solutions
- Fluency in Spanish, French and English, strong synthesis and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with
- Comfortable with APIs, technical architectures, cloud-based platforms
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and to communicate clearly with Sales teams to ensure alignment and adherence to delivery timelines
