The words that immediately come to mind when defining the job are: ambition, dynamism, relational intelligence, autonomy and creativity. Our solution is rich and reaching proficiency takes time. Prospecting and contacting our future clients requires comprehension, flexibility, methodical thinking and good negotiation skills. There is no daily routine.

As an SDR, you will be integrated into our German sales team, collaborating closely with your German colleagues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our accomplished sales team based at our headquarters in France

Your missions:

- You will be in charge of prospecting, in particular through different channels: calls to qualified leads, cold calls, email or LinkedIn, everything necessary to obtain the engagement of the contact. The qualification of the needs, the construction of a pipeline and the management of leads until converted into opportunities:

> from your own list generated through LinkedIn or other corporate tools
> from a list of provided companies
> based on leads generated by marketing, advice and support for prospects in defining their projects
- You will animate your network of prospects
- You will manage your activity thanks to our CRM Salesforce
- You will participate in cross-functional topics (Salesforce redesign, writing of the functional brief, writing of knowledge sharing articles, preparation of documents required for calls for tender, etc.) in direct contact with our Head of Sales & Business Development, depending on your autonomy and strength of proposal
- You will participate in trade fairs in Germany 
- Because sharing is caring, we expect you to share your knowledge with your team!

You demonstrate the following skills:

- C2 level in German
- At least one year working in a similar position with demonstrable results
- You enjoy hunting, convincing and developing relationships over the phone
- Staying strong in the face of frustration. It's hard work, but if you work hard you will be rewarded.
- You know how to write and prepare powerful presentations
- Create interesting and attractive articles on LinkedIn for your audience.
- You want to evolve in an international environment
- You have a strong taste for sales and customer satisfaction
- You know how to manage pressure and respect objectives and deadlines 
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and are at ease with all types of people (technical, operational, C-level) 
- You are curious and autonomous 
- You have an experience in the Saas sector/ contact center sector 
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German

Big plus:· Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish
