Job Description:

The (He/She) Human Resources Director, a new key position to pursue our great adventure and support our growing teams and international expansion, will be reporting to the CEO of the company.

Main Missions:

- Support current and future business needs through the development, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Develop, manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Be responsible for all HR strategic projects (performance review, promotion review, training, people wellbeing…)
- Continuously improve our practices in terms of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, keeping an innovative approach
- Develop and maintain a pay plan and benefit programs
- Improve and supervise Human Resources data systems
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management (“Telecommunications Convention Collective”, CSR,…)
- Ensure favorable working relationships with the social partners and institutions (CSE)


Preferred experience and profile:

- 10+ years’ hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent
- A French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management, French labor law…
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
- Able to build strong relationships with the team based on confidentiality and trust
- Strong listening skills, intuition, and empathy
- French & English fluency required to enjoy working in an international environment
