About the Role:
Diabolocom is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Paris. This pivotal role is key to securing new client acquisition and cementing our position as a market leader.
You’ll be the trusted advisor and transformation partner for our future clients - helping business leaders solve strategic challenges, unlock growth, and transform the way they engage with customers through Diabolocom solutions. This is not just sales: you’ll become a key player in your clients’ business success, combining strategic thinking, consultative selling, and long-term partnership building to drive real impact.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership, sharing deep insights on emerging market trends, competitive strategies, and innovative go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer acquisition.
This role will be part of a high-impact team of 5 Sales Executives in France, reporting directly to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Giorgia.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Lead Management:

Proactively prospect and generate high-value, enterprise-level new business.

Effectively leverage and maximise the conversion rate of leads provided by the Marketing team.

Maintain and nurture a robust network of prospects to build a sustainable sales pipeline.

Sales Cycle Management:

Own the end-to-end sales cycle and monitor performance using Salesforce CRM to ensure data-driven forecasting.

Lead the response process for high-stakes formal calls for tenders (RFPs), a critical focus given Diabolocom's targeting of Enterprise accounts.

Conduct complex negotiations, addressing technical, financial, and legal aspects of the deal to drive optimal contract value.

Be prepared to manage the escalation process for prospect or recent client issues, ensuring superior client experience even in high-pressure situations.

Collaboration and Representation:

Ensure the highest quality delivery to prospects and clients by tightly aligning with internal teams (Presales, Legal, Product, Project, Tech, etc.) to streamline the customer journey.

Represent Diabolocom at local and international trade shows and industry

You are used to managing a demanding workload and autonomously leading complex calls for tenders (RFPs).

You are able to be innovative and spearhead internal projects on your own, as well as with other teams, to answer prospects' evolving needs and influence the product roadmap.

You embrace long-term strategic sales cycles and demonstrate exceptional patience and resilience.

You are agile and you are constantly seeking disruptive methods for innovative prospect generation and market capture.

You have a proven ability to thrive in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating superior organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple critical tasks.

You place just as much importance on building strong, trust-based relationships with your prospects and providing them with an outstanding client experience as you do on cultivating high-leverage internal partnerships with stakeholders: presales, legal, and product teams, for instance.

You have elite overall communication skills: you can provide clear and concise written documents, and feel comfortable commanding attention and expressing yourself strategically in front of a senior business audience.

You are proficient in both French & English.

Visio with one of the Sales Executives in the team, to talk about you: your experience, your expectations, your desire to join Diabolocom

Onsite meeting with Giorgia, our Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and another Sales Executive. Presentation of a case study that you will have prepared in advance (60 minutes)

Meeting with President and Founder, Frédéric, to validate the strategic fit and wrap the recruitment process up (30 minutes)
