About the Role: 

 

To support its growth, Diabolocom is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Paris. This role is key to ensure the signing of new clients : we aim at keeping our leader’s position on our market. 

 

You'll be the main point of contact for potential new clients : Prospecting and contacting our future clients requires comprehension, flexibility, methodical thinking and good negotiation skills. There is no daily routine.

 

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership, sharing insights on market trends, what the competition is up to, and smart strategies for attracting new customers.  

 

This role will be part of a team of 5 Sales Executive in France, and reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Giorgia.

 

At Diabolocom, you will:

 

- Leverage leads generated by the Marketing team

- Prospect to generate your own leads

- Maintain your network of prospects

- Respond to calls for tenders (RFP), which represents an important part of the job as Diabolocom is targeting Enterprise accounts imposing tenders

- Take part in negotiation that encompass technical, financial and judicial aspects

- Participate in local and international trade shows and events

- Monitor your business and sales cycle with our Salesforce CRM

- Align with internal teams (presales, legal, product, project, tech,...) to deliver the highest level of quality to our prospects and clients

- Be able to manage an escalation process when the prospect or recent client creates it.

 

What we are looking for:

 

- You have a proven track record of bringing high value new business in a tech environment,

- You are used to manage your own workload and autonomously conduct your call for tenders,

- You are able to be innovative and manage internal project on your own, as well as with other teams, to answer prospects evolving needs,

- You are not afraid of long term shots and demonstrate patience and resilience,

- You are agile and you are constantly looking for new ways of finding new prospects through innovative methods,

- You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks : you demonstrate organization and prioritisation skills,

- You place just as much importance on building strong relationships with your prospects and providing them with an outstanding client experience as you do on creating trust relationships with internal stakeholders : presales, legal, product teams for instance,

- You have strong overall communication skills : you can provide clear and concise written documents, and feel comfortable expressing yourself in front of a business audience 

- You are proficient in both French & English

Recruitment process:

 

- Call with a Talent Acquisition Manager if your CV matches our requirements

- Visio with one of the Sales Executive in the team, to talk about you: your experience, your expectations, your desire to join Diabolocom

- Onsite meeting with Giorgia and another Sales Executive. Presentation of a case study that you will have prepared in advance (60 minutes) 

- Meeting with President and Founder, Frédéric, to wrap the recruitment process up (30 minutes)
