About you:
To sustain the company's growth, we are creating the position of IT Security Engineer to work directly with our CTO to enhance the Infrastructure Team.
The Senior IT Security specialist will be responsible for:
· Security of our information systems and production cloud platforms (recurring penetration tests, external and internal vulnerability scans etc)
· Maintaining compliance with our current PCI-DSS certification and obtaining new ones (SOC 2 type 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, HDS, SecNumCloud)
· Building, maintaining and enforcing company-wide security documentation (policies, procedures, architecture etc)
· Participating in designing infrastructure and application architecture from security point of view
· Security of our AI-specific workloads
· Building first SIEM system and then SOC based on it with an expansion of the security team
At Diabolocom, you will:
· Contribute to the identification and analysis of risks within Diabolocom
· Draft, develop and maintain the security policy and all documentation related to information security
· Contribute to the maintenance of or compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations
· Implement internal security audits and manage external audits
· Support technical teams in identifying and correcting technical vulnerabilities
· Support the implementation of security processes and tools with users
· Raise awareness, train and advise all Diabolocom teams on IT security
· Support pre-sales teams on security-related topics
What we are looking for:
· Engineering school with a specialisation in IT security
· 5 years experience in IT Security
· Knowledge of one of the following certifications: PCI-DSS, HDS, ISO 27001 or SOC2
· Understanding of topics related to technical architectures and cloud technologies (APIs, databases, microservices), as well as desktop environments
· Autonomous, precise and rigorous, you like to teach people and you enjoy working in a team
· You are comfortable in a scale-up culture, with an organization that leaves plenty of room for personal initiative
· Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, and ability to summarize
