About the role:
Join our 10+ member infrastructure team to manage our global VoIP network, supporting enterprise customers in 60+ countries. You'll help design, deploy, and maintain our VoIP infrastructure for top-tier voice quality and availability, focusing on scalability, redundancy, automation, and monitoring.
Main Missions:
· Design and build a high-performance, automated voice network
· Manage SIP interconnections with global operators
· Monitor and troubleshoot voice reachability and quality
· Develop tools for task automation and team interfaces
Requirements:
· Expertise in VoIP and a passion for technology.
· Proficiency in VoIP protocols (SIP, (S)RTP, WebRTC).
· Skills in scripting (Shell, Python, Golang), automation (Ansible), and monitoring (netdata, Prometheus, Grafana).
· Experience with Open Source Software: Kamailio, Freeswitch, Oracle SBC, openSIPS, Asterisk.
· Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills, data-driven.
