We are looking for a SEO manager (German market) to join our team.

  

You will be part of our global marketing department, working closely with the SEO team and the local DACH region teams.

  

Your SEO responsibilities include:

● Optimizing existing content and creating new content tailored to the German market's SEO requirements, including landing pages, blog articles, case studies, etc.

● Tracking and managing SEO performance for the German market using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and Google Analytics.

● Monitoring search trends and identifying SEO opportunities specific to Germany.

● Conducting competitive analysis for the German market.

● Contributing to long-term SEO strategy development for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

● Working on a lead-generation strategy based on SEO for the German market.

● Managing website content migration. 

● Defining and implementing URL redirection plans.

● Conducting page testing and quality assurance (QA) before launch.


 

 Digital Marketing responsibilities:

● Collaborating on digital marketing campaigns targeting the DACH market, including local digital media platforms and email marketing.

● Assisting in managing social media content (LinkedIn posts, press releases, etc.) in German.

 

What We’re Looking For


● Expertise in SEO for the German market: solid understanding of site structures, Google SEO guidelines, and HTML tagging for SEO.

● Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

● Strong writing and optimization skills for content in German.

● Experience with a CMS, WordPress and Webflow is a plus.

● Experience with email marketing tools, Hubspot or Lemlist is a plus.

● Previous experience in B2B SaaS

 

General Skills:

● Consultative mindset with the ability to understand business needs, challenge stakeholders constructively, and provide value-driven recommendations.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

● Native in German with good command of English (C1). French is a plus.

● Strong interest in the tech industry, especially in AI and SaaS (Software as a Service).

● Excellent writing and communication skills.

● Experience in SEA for the German market is a plus.

 

Recruitment Process:

2. Video Call with the Senior SEO Specialist (45 min)

3. Practical case study

4. Presentation of the case study and Final interview with the team and Chief of Sales & Marketing Officer (on-site) (1,5h)
