About the Role: 

To support its growth, Diabolocom is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to join our team in Paris. This role is key to ensure our recruitment processes reflect best practices : we aim at attracting top talent, providing high-quality recruitment processes and creating excellent candidate experience. 

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership, sharing insights on market trends, what the competition is up to, and smart strategies for bringing in top talent. At the same time, you'll be a key partner to hiring managers - helping create a great candidate experience, using data to guide decisions, and making sure our smooth interview process stays focused on finding people who not only perform well but also have the potential to grow and really add to our culture.
This role will be part of a team of 3 TAMs and report to the Head of Human Resources.


At Diabolocom, you will:

- Partner with Hiring managers to identify and understand the profiles to recruit and design tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage your recruitment processes from A to Z: from briefing, to sourcing and job posting strategy, interviews, to offers.
- Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment process.Keep our careers site, hiring dashboard, and ATS (Lever) up to date.
- Occasionally develop school partnerships and take part in campus events.
- Get involved in various projects to improve the way the recruitment team operates (Diversity &Inclusion in recruitment, automation of processes, shared knowledge base, standardisation of processes, etc.).
- Use your creativity to promote our company and job opportunities across all relevant channels.

What we are looking for:

- You have a proven successful experience of at least 2 years in sourcing candidates in a multicultural environment and competitive market, 
- You have ideally already recruited tech profiles,
- You are agile and you are constantly looking for new ways of sourcing highly sought-after candidates through innovative methods,
- You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks : you demonstrate organization and prioritisation skills,
- You place just as much importance on building strong relationships with your candidates and providing them with an outstanding candidate experience as you do on understanding and optimizing the more data-driven aspects of the Talent Acquisition Manager role,
- You have strong listening skills, intuition and empathy, 
- You have excellent oral and written communications skills in both French & English.

Recruitment process:

- Your application will be reviewed and you will get a first feedback
- If your CV matches our requirements, you will have a first call with Camille, the Head of Human Resources, to talk about you : your experience, your expectations, your desire to join Diabolocom (45/60 min)
- If this call is a success, we will invite you to the office to meet with your future team members, Jade and Macha, and they will assess your recruitment skills and fit with Diabolocom’s culture (60/90 min)
- The last step will be a meeting with our President and Founder, Frédéric, to wrap up the recruitment process (30 min)
