We are a preferred data training company, providing onsite and online courses globally. We have been teaching professionals at such prestigious companies as Apple, Amazon, NASA, Uber, Microsoft, T-Mobile, GE, Ericsson, and many more to improve their impact with data.

To drive our sales efforts and hit our growth targets, we opened a position for a dedicated full-time Sales Manager.

What You Will Do

    • Manage our CRM (Hubspot) and use other sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
    • Discover and identify prospects - and their contact details - using databases and tools
    • Lead qualification
    • Drive the outreaching activities (email campaigns, sequences, calls)
    • Organize meetings and calls with prospects
    • Connect the dots in case of opportunities (resales, upsell)
    • Keep data up-to-date in CRM, ensure that CRM is our single source of truth
    • Create and send proposals in cooperation with the CRO and the Engineering team
    • Coordinate a CRM administrator, and Sales support (future roles)
    • Constant cooperation and reporting to the CRO
    • Occasionally travel to other countries to visit prospects/clients, if needed

Skills You Have

    • Proven track record at driving sales for fast-growing B2B software companies (preferably non-enterprise background rather startup/scaleup)
    • B2B, consultative sales experience
    • Tech-related (software product, SaaS, etc) sales experience
    • International experience (our clients and prospects are international companies typically from the US, Western Europe, and Scandinavia)
    • Significant experience in prospecting, cold calling, sales qualification
    • Opportunistic, ambitious, positive mindset
    • Presentational skills
    • Structured thinking from planning to execution

    • Self-confidence & discipline
    • Fluent, confident, sophisticated English (both verbal and written)

    • Competitive Salary The salary depends on your level of seniority and experience. The range spans from gross 1,100,000 to 1,500,00 HUF, plus sales bonus, full-time employment, no tax tricks.
