Key Responsibilities:
- Overall command, safe navigation, and operational excellence
- Strategic voyage planning and execution
- Leadership of complex heavy lift cargo operations
- Crew management, safety leadership, and emergency command
- Full compliance, reporting, and documentation oversight
Requirements:
- COC (STCW II/2) with valid STCW certification
- Minimum 4 months in rank (similar vessel type/size)
- Demonstrated heavy lift & breakbulk expertise
- Experience with NMF 320T cranes
- Proven leadership, decisiveness, and safety-first mindset
