Responsibilities:
- Basic German language knowledge
- Preparation of hot and cold dishes in the on-board catering according to the menu
- Preparation of buffets for special trips or events on charter trips for up to approx. 150 people
- Support for the deckhand Maintenance, repair and care work on deck
Requirements:
- Education as a chef or first experience as cook
- Experience and creativity with a focus in buffet preparation,
- Handling of fresh products
- Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor,
- Communicative, committed and flexible,
- Implementation of new ideas in a team
- Willingness to travel/work for several days
- Health certificate,
- Ability and willingness to work carefully and act independently,
- STCW certificates beneficial
Basic German language
Only European staff/Crew
6 Month Contract 1/4-31/10/2023
All crew will get a German contract (social contributions, Tax, retirement payment etc. Wages will be paid in Germany / exceptions regarding social contributions can be checked).
Accommodation on-shore, provided free of charge by the owner.
