The Baker is responsible for:  
·       Preparing Bakery products, in collaboration with colleagues and in respect of designated recipes;  
·       Performing duties under the guidance of superiors and following instructions;  
·       Ensuring that preparation and presentation of food is up to the existing standards at all times;  
·       Ensuring compliance with the latest ShipSan, HACCP and/or USPH regulations;  
·       Ensuring the proper and safe use of equipment;  
·       Ensuring that all logs of the station are updated as outlined in the Health & Hygiene Manuals;   
·       Ensuring safe and clean workplace with focus on employee health and fire prevention;  
·       Assisting with loading and inventory of supplies;  
Performing other duties assigned by superiors.  
The Baker reports and is accountable to the Executive Chef, Sous Chef .
English speaking (conversational level)
Ship Cook certificate required
Length of Contract : 3 +/- 1month with possible extension
