Reports to : Hotel Cost Controller

Responsibilities :
·       Ensuring that all provision areas are maintained according to external regulations as well as Company’s standards.
·       Control of the reception of products regarding quality, quantity and the correct storage.
·       Organizing of FIFA (first in, first out).
·       Organization and controlling of proper requisitions for all respective departments.
·       Daily control of the minimum and maximum stock.
·       Reporting shelf-life critical items to the Hotel Cost Controller.
·       Preparing and conducting inventories together with the Hotel Cost Controller and Storekeepers.
·       Maintaining a slow moving item procedure to ensure any “dead stock” is implemented into the daily usage and reporting same to the Hotel Cost Controller.
·       Hotel loadings: 
·       Ensuring cleanliness of all store rooms and related areas before, while and after the loading.
·       Ensuring proper and safe storage of all items according to public health regulations and Company`s standards.

Profile :
·       A minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
·       Excellent product knowledge.
·       Good IT knowledge.
·       Experience on material management systems, preferably MXP.
·       Advanced spoken and written English.
·       Experience in leadership position and supervisory skills.

Length of contract :
6 months on / 2 months off
