On behalf of one of our luxury expedition clients, we are now recruiting for the following position.
 
CHIEF BARTENDER
 
Job Description
Observe hygienic food handling according to CDC standards and regulations
Responsible for service, stock and training in the bar
Responsible for the wine service in the dining-room
Responsible for arranging and decorating cocktail parties
Responsible for wine and bar inventories
Responsible for cleanliness in the bar and lounge area including the carpet
Overall supervision of the bar team during general cleaning
Responsible for updating the wine list
Responsible for account of passenger bills in the dining room and bar
Responsible for the service on the outside decks
Handling bar and dining-room administration if any
Work close together with the provision master regarding beverage order and inventories
Report any complaints to the hotel manager
Create a good team spirit/atmosphere in the bar and dining-room
An active part of provision and luggage team

Your profile
Previous experience working in a similar position in a five-star restaurant, hotel, or cruise ship.
Fluent English language
Valid STCW certificates (Including PSCRB A-VI/2-1)
Vessel Sanitation Public Health (CDC) knowledge
Valid US C1D Visa, Schengen Visa

Responsible for training and guiding others and reviewing their work.
