CSM Rijeka is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

 

Overall, in charge of engine room operations and maintenance of all machinery

Ensure safe, efficient operation of main engine, auxiliaries, and electrical systems

Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repairs

Monitor fuel consumption, lube oil, and engine performance

Lead and manage engine crew, assign duties, and conduct training

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Experience in repairs and dry docking is required

Experience with a multicultural working environment.

Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg III/2) with verification.

Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Effective English communication.

Safety culture and mindset.

 

VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum Experience in Rank 4 months with Engine type (Electronic ME-B or RT Flex of output 8000kw and above)

Experience with electronic engines is an advantage

Experience with cargo gear [deck Crane NMF 320MT SWL]

Trading area [USA, Australia] 

 

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Contract Duration [4 months +/- 1 months]
