The Senior Accommodation Repairman is responsible for:
Maintenance and repairing of all Potable water pipelines systems in accommodation area.
Maintenance and repairing of all Pool and hot tub pipelines system in accommodation area.
Maintenance and servicing of all fixed equipment and machinery in Hotel and Crew accommodation.
Familiarizing with VSP program for Potable water and pools/hot tub.
Maintaining and inspecting of accommodation according to AMOS System and checklists.
Carrying out maintenance requests as required on all equipment related to Hotel and Crew accommodation.
General technical maintenance including overhaul of galley, laundry, pantries, etc.
Maintaining and repairing of all types of pipelines systems in the accommodation area.
Accommodation workshops.
Repairing with TIG/MIG welding
Carrying out maintenance of grey water and black water systems.
Assisting Hotel Services Engineer with Hydraulic System/Gears and Breaks for LSA.
Assisting Hotel Services Engineer with Fire Isolating valves and pipelines systems and Fixed firefighting Equipment.
Assisting Hotel Services Engineer with Deck Machinery equipment.
Supervising accommodation repairman.
Adhering and complying with all Company Policies and Procedures, Manuals and Directives.
Performing duties and tasks according to above but not limited to that.
The Senior Accommodation Repairman reports and is accountable to the Hotel Services Engineer.

9 Months on / 2 Months off
