Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make cold appetizers, including salads, vegetable and meat
- Garnish dishes with fruit and vegetables
- Perform meal-prep activities before guests arrive (like chopping vegetables, cutting fish and meat and washing fruits)
- Store ingredients to keep them fresh and reduce food wastage
- Check food plating, temperature and portions for all, hot & cold dishes
- Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of your shift
- Monitor stock and place orders, as needed
- Maintain a clean station at all times
Requirements:
- Physical mobility and stamina required.
- Ability to follow instruction, detail-oriented, professional attitude is required.
- Ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Experience – must have at least 6 months sea-service
- Language requirements: English – must be above average
- Positive interpersonal skills required.

- SALARY EU PPT HOLDER EURO(TBA) P/D - TBA

- ACCOMMODATION ARRANGED BY OPERATOR / ASHORE / USUALLY 1 ROOM – 1 BED BUT SHARED COMMON AREAS

- Passenger Ships Personnel Certificate - CROWD (V2 §4-7; A-V/2 2.1-2.4)
- Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boat (A-VI/2 §1)
- Security Awareness Training (A-VI/6-2)
- Medical Health Cert
