Position Overview

    • The Sales Development Representative at Creatio is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and setting the stage for strong client relationships in the low-code automation and CRM market. This role is critical in supporting Creatio’s sales pipeline by qualifying leads, collaborating closely with the sales team, and acting as a bridge between marketing initiatives and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products.
    • Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
    • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
    • Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
    • Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • 1-3 years in an SDR or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
    • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
    • Prospecting Techniques: Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting.
    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, evaluate prospect engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
    • Time Management & Organizational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple accounts, leads, and follow-ups simultaneously.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand client needs and pain points, positioning Creatio’s value proposition effectively.
