You are comfortable designing for scale, working with existing constraints, and making thoughtful design decisions grounded in user research, data, and clear UX principles.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving and evolving existing products, building and maintaining design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. What You’ll Do:Redesign and evolve existing product interfaces: Improve usability, visual clarity, and consistency across complex enterprise workflows and existing pages.Build and maintain a scalable design system: Develop and evolve reusable components, typography, color schemes, spacing, and interaction patterns. Ensure consistency across desktop and responsive layouts.Design end-to-end user flows: Work on complex user journeys across multiple modules, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and scalability.Conduct UX research and validation: Identify user pain points through interviews, usability testing, and analytics. Validate design solutions through testing and iteration.Create interactive prototypes: Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma to support stakeholder alignment and user testing.Collaborate closely with development teams: Partner with front-end engineers to ensure high-quality implementation. Prepare design specifications, assets, and clear handoff documentation.Document design decisions and principles: Explain the rationale behind UX and UI choices.
