You are comfortable designing for scale, working with existing constraints, and making thoughtful design decisions grounded in user research, data, and clear UX principles.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving and evolving existing products, building and maintaining design systems, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. What You’ll Do:Redesign and evolve existing product interfaces: Improve usability, visual clarity, and consistency across complex enterprise workflows and existing pages.Build and maintain a scalable design system: Develop and evolve reusable components, typography, color schemes, spacing, and interaction patterns. Ensure consistency across desktop and responsive layouts.Design end-to-end user flows: Work on complex user journeys across multiple modules, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and scalability.Conduct UX research and validation: Identify user pain points through interviews, usability testing, and analytics. Validate design solutions through testing and iteration.Create interactive prototypes: Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma to support stakeholder alignment and user testing.Collaborate closely with development teams: Partner with front-end engineers to ensure high-quality implementation. Prepare design specifications, assets, and clear handoff documentation.Document design decisions and principles: Explain the rationale behind UX and UI choices. Responsibilities:  

    • Redesign of Existing Pages: Improve the design of existing product pages to align with current UI/UX standards. Focus on enhancing usability and visual appeal. 
    • Design System Development: Create and maintain a scalable design system, including components, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns. Ensure consistency across desktop and mobile versions. 
    • User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Use data - driven insights to optimize the user journey. 
    • Prototype Creation: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for new features and functionalities. Facilitate user testing to validate design assumptions. 
    • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Provide design specifications and assets. 
    • Documentation of Design Decisions: Document the rationale behind design choices, including color schemes, typography, and layout principles. Create guides for future scalability. 

Required skills and qualifications:

    • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in product design, with a focus on creating scalable design systems and delivering polished, user-centric interfaces.  
    • Expertise in Figma, design system development, and desktop/mobile design is essential. 
    • Ability to conduct UX research, experience with user testing, and analytics interpretation. 
    • Advanced skills in Figma prototyping, experience in user testing, and rapid iteration. 
    • Strong communication skills, experience in design handoff, and familiarity with HTML/CSS basics. 
    • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and create comprehensive documentation. 
    • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work for large-scale projects.
