We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team. At this role you’ll be responsible for creating and refining user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision. This role focuses on delivering high-quality UI and UX solutions that enhance the user experience, ensuring seamless interaction across both desktop and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Redesign of Existing Pages: Improve the design of existing product pages to align with current UI/UX standards. Focus on enhancing usability and visual appeal.
- Design System Development: Create and maintain a scalable design system, including components, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns. Ensure consistency across desktop and mobile versions.
- User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Use data - driven insights to optimize the user journey.
- Prototype Creation: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for new features and functionalities. Facilitate user testing to validate design assumptions.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Provide design specifications and assets.
- Documentation of Design Decisions: Document the rationale behind design choices, including color schemes, typography, and layout principles. Create guides for future scalability.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in product design, with a focus on creating scalable design systems and delivering polished, user-centric interfaces.
- Expertise in Figma, design system development, and desktop/mobile design is essential.
- Ability to conduct UX research, experience with user testing, and analytics interpretation.
- Advanced skills in Figma prototyping, experience in user testing, and rapid iteration.
- Strong communication skills, experience in design handoff, and familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and create comprehensive documentation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work for large-scale projects.
