Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and results-driven .NET Technical Lead (Marketing area) who is excited to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company. 

Here, the teams develop the Creatio Agentic Marketing Platform as an end-to-end, enterprise-level marketing automation product that enables intelligent, personalized engagement across the entire customer journey.

Creatio Marketing is developed as an AI-native platform, using intelligent automation and AI agents to generate, personalize, and optimize content for every segment, channel, and touchpoint - from first interaction to sales handoff.

Team Composition:

1 Technical Lead, 3 Developers, 1 QA, 1 Agile Coach, 1 Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team.
• Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code.
• Support seamless product operation by addressing customer cases and ensuring system reliability.
• Continuously monitor and optimize development processes to enhance team productivity and quality.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and best practices in software development.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and facilitate onboarding and professional growth.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net
• At least 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role, guiding teams successfully.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, KISS, SOLID, DRY principles.
• Confident knowledge of C# language and modern .NET platform (.NET6+).
• ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, experience with the development of Web APIs, containerized services.
• Source control systems like Git, SVN, experience with branch, merge, rebase.
• Unit testing, mocking, NUnit, Mock, Postman.
• English level - Upper–Intermediate or higher (spoken and business writing).
• Experience working with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle) is a plus.
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript languages, DOM, CSS/SASS. You must be able to style a page or component according to the given UI prototype.
