Our Innovations team is on a mission to recruit a highly skilled System Analyst with expertise in technical know-how, process optimization, and application implementation to join our exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation using no-code solutions.
    • Translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, and visual process maps using no-code platforms.
    • Design and configure applications, workflows, and automation processes using no-code tools to meet business requirements.
    • Develop and optimize complex business processes and user interfaces using the Creatio platform’s no-code technology.
    • Prepare and execute test cases for automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and quality.
    • Conduct thorough testing of no-code solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases.
    • Serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and project delivery.

Technical Skills:

    • Experience with platforms such as CRM or BPM, or CMS, or ERP
    • Knowledge of process modeling tools, APIs, and data modeling.
    • Ability to implement logic, data integration, and conditional actions within no-code environments.
    • Understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods for seamless automation.

Qualifications & Expertise:

    • Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
    • Proficiency in creating, customizing, and managing automated solutions without extensive coding.
    • Experience in delivering applications or technical solutions within major software domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, no-code platforms).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in technology or a related field.
