We`re looking for a Vice President of Professional Services who will own the development, delivery, and ongoing management of Creatio Delivery Assurance Services and delivery teams. The leader with a strong background in software implementation methodology and professional services, and best practices, ideally across multiple verticals and methodologies.  Reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Creatio growth. The role will be based on the East Coast.Key Responsibilities:   Continuously build and optimize a strong, performance-based Delivery Assurance Services team.  Effectively lead change as the business continues to scale and evolve.Hands-on coaching and mentoring for Managers, Directors and team members, growing talent internally and externally.Attract and retain top talent; develop a local employer brand to help drive local PS recruitment.Plan and manage budgets, monitor monthly spend, driving cost efficiencies.Own and expand catalog of advanced supporting services creates maximum value for all customers across the portfolio, across all phases of the customer journey and lifecycle.Become active in the extended community of partners, analysts, prospects, and customers. Skills and Experience:  Seasoned software implementor with experience from Large Enterprise to SMB across multiple implementation and development methodologies, frameworks, and supporting elements (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, etc).5+ years of experience leading a global services team or practice.Experience across multiple verticals or a broad enterprise platform.  Experience crafting scalable offerings for onboarding customers in both Self-Managed and SaaS environment.SaaS Cloud software implementation and delivery experience.
