This is a remote role based in Munich, however there may be an expectation to be on-site in the near future. Professional German is required to communicate effectively with customers in the DACH region. (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape; identify key segments and ideal customer profiles.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track engagement metrics, and report on pipeline progress.
    • Campaign Execution: Customize messaging for outbound campaigns to build interest and open new conversations.
    • Process Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to improve conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

    • Some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or internships in B2B environments is a plus.
    • Interest in SaaS, CRM, or tech sales is preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
    • Ability to multitask across leads, accounts, and follow-ups.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt based on performance insights.
    • Understanding of customer pain points and value-based selling techniques.
    • Customer-centric and empathetic.
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and persistence.
