Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a Global Sales Enablement Manager to lead and elevate our global sales onboarding and enablement initiatives. This is a highly visible role—every new sales hire globally will engage with your programs—giving you direct influence on Creatio’s continued organic growth.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of sales enablement experience, with deep expertise in enterprise-level sales training, content development, and facilitation. You will work cross-functionally to design and deliver impactful enablement programs for global sales teams.This role is based in Poland. Team Structure:Reports to: Global Head of Sales Excellence (based in Boston, USA)Works closely with Sales Enablement team members covering the EMEA/APAC regions, including colleagues based in Poland Responsibilities:Own, coordinate, and deliver global onboarding for Account Executives and other sales roles, including self-paced and instructor-led learning across multiple time zones;Design and deliver enterprise-level, skill-based “everboarding” content in partnership with Sales Excellence and business stakeholders;Maintain and continuously enhance sales enablement content aligned with Creatio standards and enterprise best practices;Create extensive enablement materials for enterprise sales professionals and sales leadership;Lead sales certification programs, including assessments, testing, and ongoing evaluation to drive sales performance;Deliver high-impact, instructor-led enterprise training for top-performing sales professionals and leaders;Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure content alignment and accuracy;Scale enablement programs to support rapid growth in global sales headcount through 2025 and beyond;Design learning curricula that foster a culture of continuous development, certification, and sales excellence;Leverage CRM and performance data to propose and optimize enablement curricula;Prepare agendas, materials, and visual assets for key enablement initiatives and sessions;Support additional sales enablement initiatives and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements:5+ years of experience in sales enablement within a B2B software or solutions environment;Proven experience delivering enterprise-level sales training;Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills;Expertise in content design (writing, presentations, guides, facilitation notes);High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;Advanced facilitation and training delivery skills at the enterprise level;Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies;Technical proficiency with sales tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZRA, and similar platforms;Proficiency in content development tools such as PowerPoint and Word.
