With amazing opportunities ahead of us, Creatio is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our HR team as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for the Americas.Position Overview:As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will report directly to the HR Director of the Americas and Western Europe, Olivia Hourihan, and will oversee a team of four recruiters. Your leadership will drive our regional recruitment strategy and contribute to the growth and success of Creatio.This role will cover the following areas:Recruitment: Oversee the talent acquisition operations and end-to-end recruitment cycle on your team.Collect and report recruitment data and metrics.Lead full cycle recruitment for leadership positions internally and with external search partners, when needed.People Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team while fostering their professional growth.Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and ongoing support.Onboard new team members.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the overall candidate experience.Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and process optimization.Collaboration and Communication:Strategically partner with leaders across Go-To-Market verticals including Channels, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on Go-To-Market and leadership roles in SaaS.Proven experience managing and leading a high-performing team.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication skills.Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.Familiarity with ATS systems.
