This organization owns the platform runtime, data access layer, core services, performance-critical infrastructure, platform APIs, and extensibility framework.The team's mission is to build highly scalable, reliable, and backward-compatible platform capabilities that enable dozens of engineering teams to innovate efficiently. Success in this role means designing and evolving the low-level architecture that serves as the backbone of the entire Creatio platform, balancing performance, maintainability, and long-term technical sustainability.Responsibilities:Development of architectural solutions and development of prototypes together with the team.Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of development processes, their optimization, and improvement.Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development.Facilitation of team meetings (backlog refinement, sprint review (demo), planning).Execution of backlog tasks: pair programming, development, consultations on complex tasks).Control of the work of the incident team on the 4th line, responsibility for resolving incidents within the framework of the SLA.Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software according to specifications and requirements.Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers.Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.Requirements:6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net.1 year of experience in a leadership/mentor role.2+ years of experience with Web applications.Knowledge of OOP, C#, and .NET.EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core., NUnit, Mock.
