Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Partner Account Manager (DACH) who will be responsible for the relationship management of Partners in the DACH region while ensuring a good pace of acquisition and overall partner’s health, retention, and growth. You should be a strategic, results-driven professional with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You excel at building lasting partnerships, identifying high-revenue opportunities, and making sound decisions autonomously. Self-motivated and energetic, you bring integrity, enthusiasm, and strategic insight to drive measurable results.
The role will report to the Regional Channels VP (Europe), and can be based anywhere in Germany as long as the candidate can travel regularly for partner meetings. English and German Language is mandatory, and any other European languages is a big bonus. Team composition: Team of 7, including the VP of Channels (Europe) and 6 Partner Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development:
- Building strong partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate the growth of the partnership with Corporate and Enterprise partners, and as an important point of contact for partners’ day-to-day needs.
- Using strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunities.
- Managing renewals of annual agreements.
- Performing quarterly business reviews both onsite and remotely.
- Delivering satisfied partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals.
- Conducting regularly scheduled partner check-in calls to determine how to maximize client satisfaction.
- Helping partners grow their skills and experience working with Creatio technology.
- Growing pipeline and closed business alongside partners.
- Partner Sales:
- Lead generation process.
- Lead the qualification process with the partner.
- Sales strategy discussion.
- Meeting confirmation and participation with a client.
- Tight collaboration with the sales team for the fastest progress.
- Partner Acquisition:
- Deep search in social media and identify/contact potential partners for new business opportunities.
- Acquire new target partners and supervise the onboarding provision.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Experience in managing medium to large partner, including global system integrators.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and a strong regional personal network.
- Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
- Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential. Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, and experience in executing business solutions would be a bonus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint.
