Who we are looking for:
- We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and creatively driven Brand Campaign Manager to help bring our global brand story to life. In this role, you will orchestrate a continuous flow of high-impact brand campaigns that shape how customers, partners, and the market experience Creatio.
- You'll blend structure with creativity—transforming ideas into well-planned, multi-channel campaigns that spark engagement, strengthen our positioning, and elevate our presence across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and operational excellence, loves cross-functional collaboration, and enjoys building processes that scale.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Pipeline Management: Maintain the master campaign calendar (including campaigns run by other parts of the Growth team) to ensure a continuous flow of brand campaigns targeting different buyer journey stages.
- Campaign Planning: Translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans with timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Orchestration: Coordinate across brand, product marketing, creative, content, demand gen, PR, and partner teams.
- Asset Delivery: Track creative production, messaging, and localization to ensure readiness by launch date.
- Launch Management: Oversee campaign go-live activities and cross-channel alignment.
- Post-Campaign Review: Collect results, capture lessons learned, and update processes/templates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, marketing project management, or campaign operations—preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
- A unique combination of creative sensibility and operational discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a passion for process design, prioritization, and systematized workflows.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple concurrent campaigns.
