We are currently seeking a seasoned Enterprise Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of complex CRM and BPM projects.
Working on our team as a Project Manager position involves:
- Planning and Executing Projects: Strategizing, coordinating, and executing Enterprise projects while adhering to established budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of 5+ experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Global Collaboration: Working with geographically distributed teams of experts within the Agile framework, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, ensuring project delivery aligns with the developed strategy, on time, and within approved budgets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering projects by establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven IT project management experience with Enterprise projects.
- Team Management: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle project management, including managing a team of 4-5 specialists.
- Enterprise Project Expertise: Hands-on experience with complex development of enterprise applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders.
- Methodology Mastery: Confident and in-depth knowledge of major project methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Project Server, MS Visio, or other business process modeling software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Will be an advantage:
- Certifications: PMP certification, PSM certification.
- Knowledge of Spanish.
