Sales Analyst
Responsibilities:
Bonus Calculation & Analysis:

Ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations.

Prepare and maintain calculation models for compensation plans.

Validate input data used for bonus calculations and ensure high data accuracy.

Perform monthly and quarterly bonus calculations based on approved compensation plans.

Identify discrepancies or calculation errors and resolve them.

Support the development and improvement of compensation models and incentive structures.
Documentation:

Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of compensation plans and calculation methodologies.

Provide ongoing support and explanations to stakeholders regarding bonus calculations.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear understanding of compensation logic and objectives.

Communicate updates and improvements in compensation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an analyst role financial, sales operations, or similar).

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, preferably Power Query).

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Proactive mindset with ability to identify improvements and optimize processes.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Upper-intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian.

Experience with SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools (e.g., Woopra, Matomo, Funnel, Ruler).
