Creatio is looking for a Business / System Analyst to join our team and act as a key bridge between Finance & HR Operations and internal development teams.
The role focuses on:
analyzing and improving finance and HR-related processes
supporting and evolving financial systems
contributing to automation and innovation initiatives within internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis
-Analyze Finance & HR Operations processes, including:
accounting, billing, invoicing
payroll, bonuses, accruals
budgeting and cost allocation
financial and management reporting
-Document AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify automation opportunities
-Prepare business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
Systems & Integrations
-Work with financial systems (at analyst level).
-Participate in analysis and documentation of integrations between:
finance systems
HR systems
internal platforms / CRM
-Support UAT, releases, and post-go-live activities
-Stakeholder Collaboration
-Work closely with:
Finance teams
HR Operations
Internal Development and Platform teams
-Translate business needs into clear and structured system requirements
-Support change management and user adoption
Required Skills & Experience
-Must-have2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst
-Hands-on experience with at least one financial system.
-Solid understanding of:
accounting principles
financial flows and controls
management reporting
-Experience in documenting:
business processes
functional requirements
integration scenarios
-Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice-to-have
-Experience with HR processes (payroll, benefits, HR operations)
-Experience with ERP / HCM implementations or support
-Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and integrations
-Experience in product-oriented or innovation-driven teams
