RFP and Bid Management Lead

We are looking for an RFP and Bid Management Lead who excels at managing end-to-end proposal processes and driving high-quality, strategic RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Proposal management: Lead the RFP response process, including reviewing requests, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.  
    • Content development: Draft, edit, and refine proposal responses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client needs.  
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, solution consulting, marketing, product, legal, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information.  
    • Project coordination: maintain a structured approach to proposal development, tracking progress and addressing roadblocks proactively.  
    • Compliance and quality control: Ensure all proposals meet company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.
    • Process optimization and automation: Develop and refine templates, databases, and best practices to improve the efficiency of future RFP responses.  
    • Competitive analysis: Research industry trends and competitors to enhance proposal effectiveness and positioning. 

Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3+ years of experience in RFP management, bid writing, or proposal development. 
    • Strong understanding of the RFP lifecycle and best practices in bid management. 
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  
    • Exceptional written communication and editing abilities.  
    • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage tight deadlines.  
    • Familiarity with corporate branding and documentation standards.  
    • Knowledge of tools for RFP management is a plus.
