The company has been highly recognized by key industry analysts, being included in seven Forrester Waves and five Gartner Magic Quadrants and recognized as a Leader in two of them.We are rapidly expanding our UK-based team at our London office, located in the Nicholls and Clark Loft & Warehouse. Position OverviewThe Sr Sales Development Representative at Creatio is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and setting the stage for strong client relationships in the low-code automation and CRM market. This role is critical in supporting Creatio’s sales pipeline by qualifying leads, collaborating closely with the sales team, and acting as a bridge between marketing initiatives and revenue generation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products.Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success. Required ExperienceIndustry Knowledge: 1-3 years in an SDR role, related sales positions, or Recruiting rolesProven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth.CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.). Key SkillsCommunication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage C-level executives and decision-makers.Prospecting Techniques: Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting.Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, evaluate prospect engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.Time Management & Organizational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple accounts, leads, and follow-ups simultaneously.Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand client needs and pain points, positioning Creatio’s value proposition effectively.  Personal AttributesCustomer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic, with a focus on understanding the customer’s perspective and building rapport.Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrates a drive for success, with resilience and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue and achieve challenging targets.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a positive attitude toward learning and adapting to new tools and approaches.Team Player: Strong sense of collaboration and willingness to share insights with the team to improve overall performance.
