We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced, and motivated Human Resources Business Partner (Europe) with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our European team. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can navigate working at a high-growth company. The role is full-time and hybrid - based in Warsaw, Poland.Responsibilities:Implementing and managing HR projects and initiatives.Facilitating the onboarding and seamless integration of new employees.Supporting the growth and performance evaluation processes.Providing guidance to managers on effective employee interaction - improvement analysis, problem solving discussions.Coordinating training programs: identifying needs, selecting providers, and assisting with organization.Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees and monitoring employee satisfaction.Organizing and conducting employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.Nurturing and fostering corporate culture.Collaborate with C-suite executives and middle managers to provide strategic advice and execute all aspects of employee relations.Requirements:At least 3-5 years in HRBP roles, with experience in fast-growing companies. Demonstrated ability to handle rapid scaling and dynamic changes within the organization.Deep understanding of local labor laws of UK, Germany, France, Poland markets and being able to ensure compliance in employment practices.Experience working with globally distributed teams.
