We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media marketing manager to join our dynamic team. As one of key players in our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving whole social media strategy, with a strong focus on Linkedin, B2B marketing, and the crypto/payments/fintech industries
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with CoinsPaid’s business objectives
- Create (research, plan & write) engaging and informative content tailored for B2B audiences in the fintech, crypto and payments spaces
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of B2B social media marketing and the crypto/fintech industries to position CoinsPaid as a thought leader
- Manage and grow our presence across all social media networks, especially Linkedin, utilizing all platforms’ features for optimal engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports to refine strategies
Requirements:
- English language proficiency - C1 or native
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior SMM roles, preferably within the crypto/fintech/payments industry or a significant B2B project
- Proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of successful Linkedin marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of crypto/fintech trends, market dynamics, and industry nuances
- Strong research and content writing skills
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing LinkedIn content and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and guide strategy
- Communication skills: ability to negotiate without conflicts, convey their point of view, ability to give constructive feedback
